I, Jon Middlebrooke, am the Referee Co-Ordinator for the Triathlon England, Yorkshire and Humberside region.

I have been a coach for 10 years and have worked with a wide range of athletes, clubs, juniors, age groupers, and ironman performers, including AWAD (Athletes With A Disability).

I have always been fascinated by the impact of technique and focus on sporting performance.

  
    I am working closely with Matt Norris of Racing TNT.
